Job summary

Securityplus Federal Credit Union seeks an Assistant Member Experience Manager to oversee daily branch operations, coach staff, and foster exceptional member relationships in the Woodlawn area. You will model CARES values, guide service delivery, and ensure financial solutions meet member needs.

• Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience (required).
• Two years of banking experience.
• One year of supervisory experience (preferred).
• Certified Financial Counselor (CCUFC) designation (required).
• NMLS designation or ability to obtain (preferred).
• Eligibility to register with NMLS.
• Availability to work Saturdays.

This role supports the day-to-day operations of the branch, guides and motivates team members, and ensures that every interaction reflects our mission and values.

In this role, you will coach your team to deliver outstanding service, build meaningful member relationships, and maintain operational excellence. You will also serve as acting manager in the absence of the Member Experience Manager and represent Securityplus in the community.

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

• Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience (required)
• Two (2) years of banking experience
• One (1) year of supervisory experience, preferred
• Certified Financial Counselor (CCUFC) Designation (required)
• NMLS designation or ability to obtain, preferred
• Eligibility to register with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS).
• Availability to work Saturdays.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

This position involves typical office work such as the use of the PC, reviewing manuals and related office papers, the use of the telephone, fax, and photocopy machines. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to sit, occasionally stand, walk, reach, talk, and hear. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
