Job summary

Securityplus Federal Credit Union is seeking an Assistant Member Experience Manager to lead branch operations and deliver exceptional member service. You will coach the team, build trust with members, and ensure daily activities align with CARES values.

You may serve as acting manager when the Member Experience Manager is absent and represent the credit union in the community while promoting financial security and convenient solutions through digital tools.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience (required).
• Two (2) years of banking experience.
• One (1) year of supervisory experience, preferred.
• Certified Financial Counselor (CCUFC) Designation (required).
• NMLS designation or ability to obtain, preferred.
• Eligibility to register with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS).
• Availability to work Saturdays.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

This position involves typical office work such as the use of the PC, reviewing manuals and related office papers, the use of the telephone, fax, and photocopy machines. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to sit, occasionally stand, walk, reach, talk, and hear. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
