Job summary

Child Development Schools is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Teacher: Classroom Floater to support lead teachers and create a nurturing learning environment for children aged six weeks to twelve years. You will help plan activities, supervise routines, and partner with families to promote growth and safety.

Your Role as an Assistant Teacher: Classroom Floater

You Might Be the Perfect Fit if You:
  • Meet the minimum state floater teacher requirements for Kentucky, which involve holding a High School Diploma or its equivalent and the Commonwealth Childcare Credential - Education in Early Childhood Education or a related field, and experience within a licensed center is a big plus!
  • Have genuine empathy and understanding of children's needs and development.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exhibit flexibility and adaptability to meet community needs and respond to changing circumstances.
