The Learning Experience Cascade is hiring a Floater Teacher to provide classroom coverage across Infant, Toddler, and Preschool programs. This full-time role offers a flexible schedule, Monday–Friday, with opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities include supporting breaks, transitions, and supervision to ensure safe ratios and a positive learning environment for children. A High School Diploma or GED is required, and the candidate should meet Michigan licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• Flexible, reliable, energetic, and team-oriented traits are required.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Previous childcare or daycare experience is preferred.
• CDA or ECE coursework is a plus.
• Must meet Michigan childcare licensing requirements.

Pay: $16–$18 per hour (based on experience and credentials)
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

The Learning Experience – Cascade is hiring a flexible and energetic
Floater Teacher to provide classroom support across our Infant, Toddler, and Preschool programs.

This is a great role for an educator who enjoys working with different age groups and doesn't want every day to look exactly the same. You'll step into classrooms where you're needed most while helping maintain consistency, safe ratios, and a positive experience for children.

What You'll Do

• Provide classroom coverage across Infant, Toddler, and Preschool programs
