Responsibilities

• Provide the highest quality of guest service at all times.
• Execute recipes to the letter.
• Prepare meals with correct portioning and temperatures, ensuring attractive and tasty results.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
• Follow production sheets and meet daily deadlines.
• Store or discard excess food per safe handling procedures.
• Set up and tear down of workstation.
• Receive and unpack food deliveries and ensure proper storage.
