Job summary

Acelero Learning is seeking a Floater Assistant Teacher to support Lead Teachers in creating a nurturing and inclusive classroom. You will rotate between classrooms to ensure coverage, assist with daily routines, and tailor activities to meet diverse needs while promoting social-emotional growth.

You will monitor progress with ongoing assessments and involve families as partners, while participating in training and collaborative improvement efforts in Fall 2026 in Las Vegas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Hands-on experience teaching preschool-aged children.
• Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse developmental needs.
• Team-oriented mindset with willingness to work with co-teachers, families and support staff.

Responsibilities

• Support Lead Teachers to create a nurturing, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Rotate between classrooms to ensure coverage and support.
• Assist with daily routines and learning activities aligned to curriculum.
