Job summary

Learning Experience Corp in Alpharetta, GA, is seeking experienced teachers for full-time and part-time positions. Teachers will create nurturing classrooms using the proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum® while partnering with families and staff to foster engagement. Candidates should have at least 2 years of teaching experience and an ECE or related degree. A compassionate attitude and a growth mindset are essential. Benefits include child care discounts and paid training.

• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

Location and Pay

This position is located in Alpharetta, GA. Experienced Teachers Only! Pay rate of $15+ per hour, based on experience, education and credentials.

Role Responsibilities

• Partner with and learn from the teachers in your classroom to create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for children to learn, play and grow
• Use a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning
• Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, working with Infants, Toddlers, and/or Preschool children in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Communicate regularly with parents, sharing their children’s latest adventures and achievements through a variety of avenues, including mobile apps and personal discussions.
• Support your center’s success, partnering with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment and engagement.
• Build relationships with families and coworkers and create a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.
• State-of-the-Art Classrooms: Teach in an immersive classroom setting utilizing the latest technology, materials, and resources to allow children to learn, play, and grow.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional teaching experience preferred.

• Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).
• CPR and First Aide certification preferred
