Job summary

The Learning Experience #328 in Canton, GA is seeking an experienced teacher to join our welcoming classroom community and help children learn through play and exploration. Partners with lead teachers to implement the LEAP Curriculum for infants to preschoolers; emphasizes safety, communication with families, and a growth mindset.

Requirements include 2+ years of teaching, an associate degree or higher in ECE, CPR/First Aid preferred, US work authorization, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of professional teaching experience preferred.
  • Associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree preferred.
  • CPR and First Aid certification preferred
  • US work authorization (Required)
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 40lbs

Responsibilities

  • Partner with and learn from the teachers in your classroom to create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for children to learn, play and grow.
  • Use a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning.
  • Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, working with Infants, Toddlers, and/or Preschool children in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child.
  • Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
  • Communicate regularly with parents, sharing their children’s latest adventures and achievements through a variety of avenues, including mobile apps and personal discussions.
  • Support your center’s success, partnering with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment and engagement.
  • Build relationships with families and coworkers and create a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.
  • State-of-the-Art Classrooms: Teach in an immersive classroom setting utilizing the latest technology, materials, and resources to allow children to learn, play, and grow.

**This position is located in Canton, GA. Experienced Teachers Only! Pay rate of $15-16, based on experience, education and credentials.

  • CPR and First Aide certification preferred
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 40lbs
  • US work authorization (Required)
