• Floater position covering several properties within the same mile radius.
• Background, physical, and drug screen required.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance requests for plumbing, electrical, heating and general repairs in an apartment setting.
• Handle repair work on walls, floors, doors and woodwork; paint interior of buildings.
• Document repairs and performed duties; troubleshoot mechanical processes.
• Alert authorities of malfunctions and respond promptly to emergencies.
