This floater position requires flexibility and the ability to cover several properties within the same mile radius. Additional duties include preventative maintenance, documenting repairs, and assisting with safety issues.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role preferred.
• This floater position covers several properties within the same mile radius.
• Background/Physical/Drug Screening will be conducted.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of installations and repairs in plumbing and electrical issues.
• Respond to maintenance requests for plumbing, electrical, heating, and general repairs in an apartment setting.
• Handle repair work on walls, floors, doors, and woodwork.
• Paint interior of apartment buildings and address safety issues.
• Document repairs and performed duties.
• Maintain and troubleshoot mechanical processes; alert authorities of malfunctions.
• Respond to emergency situations promptly.
• Drive to different locations.
