Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a maintenance role preferred
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Background/Drug screen required

Responsibilities

• Maintain plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general facilities systems in apartment properties
• Respond to maintenance requests and complete repairs on apartments and common areas
• Document repairs and maintenance activities for records
• Perform safety and preventive maintenance as assigned
• Coordinate with property management and residents as needed
• Respond to emergencies promptly and follow safety protocols
• Cover multiple properties within the mile radius as a floater
