Ideal candidates are experienced and possess all necessary certifications.

Qualifications

• Experience providing care for various types of clients, including companionship to hospice care.
• Current driver's license and insurance required.
• Must pass all company exams for levels of care.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized client care plans.
• Advocate for patient welfare.
• Liaise between clients and care managers.

Skills

Experience with chronic conditions

Ability to transport clients

Valid Driver's License

Nurse Aide school certificate

CPR/First Aid certification
