Job summary

Always Best Care Senior Services in Honolulu, Hawaii is actively seeking a Floater Caregiver to implement individualized client care plans and ensure patient welfare. This position requires availability 5-6 days a week and offers a guaranteed 40 hours per week with a base pay of $43,000 per year plus overtime. The Floater Caregiver will advocate for clients and coordinate with care managers while providing essential care services throughout Oahu.

Qualifications

• Experience providing care for all types of clients and chronic conditions.
• Pass all ABC exams for all levels of care.
• Transport clients and coworkers in personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized client care plans.
• Advocate patient welfare and liaise with care manager.
• Collaborate with Staffing Manager and coordinate schedules.

Skills

Experience providing care for all types of clients

Ability to drive to any location

Passing ABC exams for all levels of care

Current driver's license and car insurance

Possessing state-required documentation (Nurse Aide, CPR/First Aid)
