Qualifications

  • Associates degree preferred or related administrative experience required
  • 1–2 years customer service/office experience preferred
  • Punctuality and regular attendance expected
  • Commitment to company values and adherence to policies
  • Excellent customer service skills required
  • Ability to multi-task and follow up on outstanding issues
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office required
  • This floater role requires travel to QSAC locations and personal vehicle is required

Responsibilities

  • Travel to center-based sites throughout NYC and Long Island
  • Welcomes and greets visitors and students, maintains security procedures
  • Ensure health, safety and welfare of individuals
  • Perform administrative duties such as filing, faxing, ordering supplies
  • Mirror responsibilities of the Office manager
  • Maintain paper and computer files
  • Calendar management and document creation in MS Office
  • Maintain client confidentiality
  • Answer incoming calls and route messages professionally
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors and senior management
