State Bank seeks a customer-focused Banking Center Associate to support Angola, IN and Williams County, OH offices. You will greet customers, process deposits, cash checks, and assist with referrals to drive sales while maintaining accuracy and compliance.

Travel to other branches as needed and contribute to a teamwork-driven environment. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of related experience, strong math and communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year related experience preferred.
• Moderate reading, writing, and grammar skills.
• Analytical and mathematics skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Good visual and auditory acuity.

• Greets and serves customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Maintains awareness of new business opportunities; refers customers to sales staff.
• Meets or exceeds referral and sales goals for business and consumer clients.
• Handles customer concerns on statements and routine questions.
• Processes deposits, payments, transfers, and other transactions accurately.
• Cashes checks; sells cashier’s checks and money orders.
• Prepares daily cash drawer reconciliation and balances cash.
• Assists in branch call efforts and updating prospect lists.
• Travels to other banking center locations as needed.
• Maintains knowledge of bank products and services.
