Qualifications

• High School diploma required; some college experience preferred.
• 1 year member service or retail banking experience preferred.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Knowledge of banking regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with opening accounts, service requests, and credit applications.
• Educate members on features and benefits of products and services and cross-sell loans, deposits, and fees.
• Establish trust and build long-term relationships with a consultative approach.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline with follow-ups and referrals.
