Job summary

Blaze Credit Union is seeking a Float Teller at the Rochester Branch. You may rotate to other branches, including Claremont and Waseca. The role includes processing transactions, educating members, and delivering excellent service in a community-focused environment.

The position offers a sign-on bonus, with $2,000 paid over one year or $5,500 for Fiserv DNA experience over two years. 40 hours/week, Mon-Fri with rotating Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of customer service experience.
• Minimum one year of cash handling experience.
• High School degree or GED required.
• Previous financial services experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with our members, listen to them, and understand their situations.
• Educate members on Blaze products and services.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments with accuracy.
• Stay informed on financial industry trends, products, services, and training opportunities.
• Provide excellent service through daily face-to-face interactions.
