Blaze Credit Union in Mora is seeking a Float Teller to support our branch network, including Ogilvie, Pine City, Milaca and Isle. You'll handle daily transactions and deliver outstanding member service in a flexible, multi-branch role.

The position offers a $2,000 sign-on bonus (paid over one year), plus a $5,500 bonus for Fiserv DNA experience (paid over two years), competitive wages and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• At least 1 year of cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage with members, listen to their needs, and provide guidance.
• Educate members on Blaze's products and services.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments accurately.
• Provide excellent face-to-face service daily to members.
• Assist at multiple branches as needed (Ogilvie, Pine City, Milaca, Isle).

Blaze is currently hiring for a Float Teller at our Mora branch. As a Float Teller, you may be asked to step in and assist at other branches which includes Ogilvie, Pine City, Milaca and Isle. Blaze is pleased to offer a sign-on bonus for this position. New hires are eligible for a $2,000 sign-on bonus, paid over one year. Candidates with Fiserv DNA experience are eligible for a $5,500 sign-on bonus, paid over two years.

• Process transactions like deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments with accuracy and professionalism

Your Schedule:

• This position will be FT 40 hours/week, Monday through Friday, with rotating Saturdays. (Saturday paid 1.5x for hours worked).
• Consistent and reliable attendance is a required essential function of this role to meet the needs of the organization.

Please note that the specific compensation for this role will be determined based on your experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity considerations. The salary range for this position is: $21.00 -$23.00/hour. This range reflects the base salary for this position. We have other benefits associated with this position which include: low-cost medical (as low as $20 a paycheck), dental insurance, vision insurance, quarterly bonuses, generous vacation and sick time hours, paid leave options, up to 6% 401k contribution, and tuition reimbursement.
