Job summary

Blaze Credit Union is seeking a Float Teller at the Rochester Branch. You may rotate to other branches, including Claremont and Waseca. The role includes processing transactions, educating members, and delivering excellent service in a community-focused environment.

The position offers a sign-on bonus, with $2,000 paid over one year or $5,500 for Fiserv DNA experience over two years. 40 hours/week, Mon-Fri with rotating Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of customer service experience.
• Minimum one year of cash handling experience.
• High School degree or GED required.
• Previous financial services experience is a plus.

Blaze is currently hiring for a Float Teller at our Rochester Branch. As a Float Teller, you may be asked to step in and assist at other branches which includes Claremont and Waseca. Blaze is pleased to offer a sign-on bonus for this position. New hires are eligible for a $2,000 sign-on bonus, paid over one year. Candidates with Fiserv DNA experience are eligible for a $5,500 sign-on bonus, paid over two years.

Your Schedule:

• This position will be FT 40 hours/week, Monday through Friday, with rotating Saturdays. (Saturday paid 1.5x for hours worked).
• Consistent and reliable attendance is a required essential function of this role to meet the needs of the organization.

Please note that the specific compensation for this role will be determined based on your experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity considerations. The salary range for this position is: $21.00 -$23.00/hour. This range reflects the base salary for this position. We have other benefits associated with this position which include: low-cost medical (as low as $20 a paycheck), dental insurance, vision insurance, quarterly bonuses, generous vacation and sick time hours, paid leave options, up to 6% 401k contribution, and tuition reimbursement.
