Job summary

Life Flight Network seeks a Float Rotor Wing Pilot to safely operate aircraft and support critically ill or injured patients. This full-time role requires working varied shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, across our service area.

Ideal candidates hold FAA Commercial Helicopter Certificate with Instrument Rating and 2000 hours total time, plus strong safety and customer service skills. Travel by personal or company vehicle is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 5 years’ experience as a professional pilot preferred.
• 2000 hours Total Time required.
• 1500 hours Pilot in Command required.
• 1000 R/W Turbine hours required.
• 100 hours instrument time preferred, 50 hours required.
• 100 hours of nighttime required.
• PIlots with air medical transport experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate aircraft to facilitate care of critically ill and/or injured patients.
• Perform pre- and post-flight inspections and plan flights.
• Maintain logs, records, and written reports.
