Responsibilities

• Float RN duties across PPMM locations as required.
• Ensure non-licensed staff are qualified in back office/lab tasks and meet competency levels annually.
• Oversee patient triage for reproductive health and primary care visits.
• Support clinic flow, triage, and productivity goals.
• Manage abortion, contraception, STI screening, and ultrasound duties as assigned.
• Provide education and follow-up for patients and lab processes.
