Job summary

St. Luke’s is seeking an RN to join the Clinical Support Unit on a full-time or part-time night schedule (7:00p–7:30a). You will float among Peds Med-Surg, NICU, and PICU across Boise, Meridian, and Nampa, with self-scheduling and a 10% differential after orientation.

The role supports a dynamic children’s service line, offering tuition and certification reimbursement, professional training, and wellness programs as part of a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate's or Bachelor's Nursing Degree.
• Experience: 1 year of RN experience; prefer Peds Med-Surg, PICU, and/or NICU experience.
• Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice; current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Provider certified through American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Support three units/skill sets within Children's service line: Peds Med-Surg, NICU, PICU; may include other skill sets.
• Float between three locations: Boise, Meridian, and Nampa.
• Self-scheduling (unit & location assigned based on operational needs).
• Provide high-quality float coverage and patient care across units.
