Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Float RN for an outpatient setting in the Hartford area. You will float across Adult Medicine, Pediatrics, and Women’s Health, providing direct nursing care, triage, patient education, medication support, and care coordination in an outpatient clinic.

The role offers 32 hours per week (4 days), weekday shifts, with no weekends, loan repayment options through HRSA/Nurse Corps for eligible nurses, annual merit increases, a 401(k) match, comprehensive health coverage,

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Prior RN experience required; outpatient experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Float across Adult Medicine, Pediatrics, and Women’s Health based on daily clinical needs.
• Provide direct nursing care, triage, patient education, medication support, and care coordination in an outpatient setting.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff to support efficient patient flow and continuity of care.
• Adapt to different patient populations and workflows while maintaining consistent, high-quality nursing standards across departments.
