Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Float Registered Nurse for outpatient care in Hartford, CT. This 32-hour workweek spans four days, with loan repayment options and a Monday–Friday schedule—no weekends.

You will float between Adult Medicine, Pediatrics, and Women's Health, collaborating with clinicians to ensure efficient patient flow and high-quality care. Eligible candidates hold an active RN license and prior RN experience; outpatient experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Float across Adult Medicine, Pediatrics, and Women's Health based on daily clinical needs.
• Provide direct nursing care, triage, patient education, medication support, and care coordination in an outpatient setting.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff to support efficient patient flow and continuity of care.
• Adapt to different patient populations and workflows while maintaining consistent, high-quality nursing standards across departments.
