Under general supervision, the RN delivers advanced nursing care, performs assessments, develops care plans, and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care. Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• Two to three (2-3) years of recent clinical nursing experience in medical and surgical settings.
• Willingness to float to multiple facility locations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care across multiple medical and surgical units.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and identify potential complications.
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based nursing care plans.
• Provide professional nursing services across a broad spectrum of clinical situations.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and hospital personnel to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.
• Maintain flexibility and float to multiple facility locations to meet staffing needs.
