Job summary

Coshocton Regional Medical Center, part of Prime Healthcare, seeks a Float Registered Nurse for full-time 12-hour day shifts. The RN delivers safe patient care across units, using assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation, while guiding patient/family teaching.

This role requires state RN license, BLS, ACLS, PALS, and the ability to float between two or more units. BSN preferred; hospital experience in acute care is favored. Join a dedicated team serving East Central Ohio.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state RN license.
• Current BLS certificate upon hire.
• Current ACLS certificate within 30 days of hire.
• Current PALS certificate within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum of one year RN staff experience in acute care preferred.
• BSN preferred.
• Able to float to two or more units and maintain competency.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe patient care using the nursing process.
• Provide patient/family teaching and guidance to staff.
• Maintain privacy and confidentiality of patient information.
• Communicate changes in patient condition with physicians.
