Scripps Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the System-wide Resource Services float team, providing direct patient care across five hospital campuses in the San Diego area. The role covers leaves, sick calls, and peak demand with a 72-hour per two-week schedule and varied 12-hour shifts, including weekends.

You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care, collaborating with the care team to ensure optimal outcomes.

Qualificações

• Two years RN experience in MedSurg Tele; willing to consider 18 months plus two years in second specialty.
• Current CA RN License.
• Current American Heart Association BLS prior to start.
• Must read, write and follow instructions in English.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Must demonstrate positive behaviors.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care within the RN scope of practice.
