Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.
• Perform assessments, develop care plans, administer medications, document care.
• Educate patients and families and ensure equipment is properly maintained.
• Participate in rounds to maximize patient satisfaction and outcomes.
