Qualifications

• Must be licensed RN in Minnesota.
• BCLS certification within one month.
• NRP certification within one year.
• Minimum of 2 years of acute care RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic, compassionate nursing care tailored to each patient.
• Make informed clinical decisions and exercise professional autonomy.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to assess and plan care.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
