Job summary

Vancouver Clinic in Washington state seeks a full-time Float RN for Internal Medicine. You will perform in-basket management, nurse visits and procedures, triage patients, and advocate for patient well-being while supporting clinicians.

The schedule is 40 hours per week with varying shifts, Monday–Friday 7:00am–5:30pm. Compensation starts at $35.88/hour and increases with experience; comprehensive benefits and a strong Total Rewards program are offered.

Qualifications

• Active WA RN license or multi-state licensure with WA active within 60 days of hire/transfer.
• Active OR RN license within 60 days of hire or transfer.
• Current BLS certification.

Job description

Join Internal Medicine as a full-time Float RN and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients.

Responsibilities include in-basket management to ensure smooth workflow, perform nurse visits and procedures as ordered by clinicians, triage patients to facilitate timely care, empower patients with healthcare information and advocate for patient’s well-being.

Schedule:

Float schedule with varying shifts, 40 hours per week. Shifts are scheduled Monday through Friday between 7:00am and 5:30pm.

Compensation

range starts at $35.88/hour and increases based on an evaluation of experience.

Requirements

• Active unencumbered Washington RN license and/or meeting the requirements of multi-state licensure required (active Washington license within 60 days of hire or transfer if use multi-state licensure required)
• Active unencumbered Oregon RN license within 60 days of hire or transfer required.
• Current Health Care Provider BLS certification.
• Experience with an electronic health record, Epic experience strongly preferred.

Pay Range

$35.88 - $53.82
