Job summary

Vancouver Clinic in Washington state is seeking a full-time Float RN to support internal medicine with flexible scheduling, Monday through Friday between 7:00am and 5:30pm. The role includes in-basket management to ensure smooth workflow and nurse visits and procedures as ordered by clinicians.

You will triage patients to facilitate timely care, empower patients with healthcare information, and advocate for patients' well-being.

Qualifications

• Active Washington RN license or eligible for multi-state licensure within 60 days of hire/transfer.
• Active Oregon RN license within 60 days of hire or transfer.
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience with electronic health records, Epic experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Join Internal Medicine as a full-time Float RN and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include in-basket management to ensure smooth workflow, perform nurse visits and procedures as ordered by clinicians, triage patients to facilitate timely care, empower patients with healthcare information and advocate for patient's well-being.

Schedule

Float schedule with varying shifts, 40 hours per week. Shifts are scheduled Monday through Friday between 7:00am and 5:30pm.

Compensation

Compensation range starts at $35.88/hour and increases based on an evaluation of experience.

Pay Range: $35.88 - $53.82

Requirements

Active unencumbered Washington RN license and/or meeting the requirements of multi-state licensure required (active Washington license within 60 days of hire or transfer if use multi-state licensure required)

Active unencumbered Oregon RN license within 60 days of hire or transfer required.

Current Health Care Provider BLS certification.

Experience with an electronic health record, Epic experience strongly preferred.
