Job summary

Vancouver Clinic in Washington state seeks a full-time Float RN to join Internal Medicine. This role supports patient flow with in-basket management, performs nurse visits and procedures as ordered, and triages patients to ensure timely care.

Shifts vary with a 40-hour week, Monday through Friday, 7:00am–5:30pm. Compensation starts at $35.88/hour with increases based on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Active WA RN license required; multi-state licensure acceptable.
• Oregon RN license within 60 days of hire.
• BLS certification required.
• Epic EMR experience strongly preferred.

Job description

Join Internal Medicine as a full-time Float RN and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients.

Responsibilities include in-basket management to ensure smooth workflow, perform nurse visits and procedures as ordered by clinicians, triage patients to facilitate timely care, empower patients with healthcare information and advocate for patient’s well-being.

Schedule: Float schedule with varying shifts, 40 hours per week. Shifts are scheduled Monday through Friday between 7:00am and 5:30pm.

Compensation range starts at $35.88/hour and increases based on an evaluation of experience.

Requirements:

• Active unencumbered Washington RN license and/or meeting the requirements of multi-state licensure required (active Washington license within 60 days of hire or transfer if use multi-state licensure required)

• Active unencumbered Oregon RN license within 60 days of hire or transfer required.

• Current Health Care Provider BLS certification.

• Experience with an electronic health record, Epic experience strongly preferred.

Pay Range:

$35.88 - $53.82
