Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a Resource Registered Nurse for Floyd's Resource Team. The role involves floating to Floyd, Polk Medical, Behavioral Health, FSED-Trion, and Cherokee Medical, delivering high-quality care and ensuring safety across units.

Requires BSN or equivalent, RN license, and BLS. Typically 36 hours per week, full-time, with a pay range of $38.20–$57.30 per hour, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state(s) where practice is required.
• BLS certification.
• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.

Responsibilities

• Engage in unit councils and quality initiatives to improve care and apply evidence-based practices.
• Use the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate nursing care with patient and family involvement.
• Monitor patient conditions and adjust care plans, mobilize resources, and collaborate with the care team.
