CommonSpirit Health's CHI St. Vincent Hot Springs is seeking a Registered Nurse on our Float/Flex Team to deliver compassionate, high-quality care in a fast-paced setting.

You will perform comprehensive assessments, monitor patients, and implement care plans while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.

This role supports career growth and requires active RN license, CPR, and ACLS within 12 months of hire in Arkansas.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Diploma in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Current RN license and CPR certification required.
• ACLS within 12 months of hire.
