Corewell Health is seeking a Float RN for Ludington Hospital to cross-train in Medical/Surgical, ICU, Emergency Department, and OB. You will enhance clinical skills, adaptability, and patient care across multiple high-acuity units.

This role features a specialty float pay incentive, night shift hours, and a 36-hour weekly schedule, with a strong focus on teamwork and patient safety in a community hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Requires previous inpatient RN experience.
• ADN required; BSN must be completed within 5 years of hire.
• Michigan RN License required.
• AHA/BLS certification required within 90 days of hire.
• ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire.

Responsabilités

• Provide safe, ethical nursing care across units per ANA standards and Michigan regulations.
• Demonstrate nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation.
