Qualifications

• Requires inpatient RN experience on a medical/ surgical or acute care unit.
• ADN is required; BSN must be obtained within 5 years of hire.
• Michigan RN license is required.
• BLS certification required within 90 days of hire.
• ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, ethical nursing care across Med/Surg, ICU, ED, and OB units as a Float RN.
• Demonstrate nursing process across assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and quality care.
• Maintain professional standards and participate in ongoing training and onboarding.
