Job summary

Aurora Medical Center – Summit, part of Aurora Health Care, is seeking a dedicated RN to join our Float Team in Summit, Wisconsin. You will support inpatient units, surgical, neuro, and medical services, with opportunities to cross-train to IV Therapy, LDRP, and Day Surgery, and potential growth to ER or ICU.

The role requires completion of an accredited nursing program, an active RN license in Wisconsin, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with an accredited or approved nursing program completed.
• Active RN license in the practicing state.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification or within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process.
• Contribute to a safe patient environment and maintain quality care across units.
