CHI St. Vincent Health in Arkansas seeks an RN on our Float Pool for cross-unit coverage. You will bring clinical expertise across multiple units to deliver exceptional patient care. The role emphasizes reliable, calm handling of varied disease processes from minor to critical cases.

We welcome associates degree in nursing, valid AR RN license, and at least 1 year of acute care experience; new grads may join residency. BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.

Qualificações

• Associates Of Science Nursing, upon hire.
• Registered Nurse: AR, upon hire.
• 1 year of acute care experience is required (new graduates or nurses who have never worked in an acute care setting are hired through our residency training program) and
• Basic Life Support - CPR, within 30 Days

Responsabilidades

• Provide care for patients coming into the area of competency.
• Administer medications accurately and safely.
• Thoroughly complete proper documentation for patients treated.

Job Summary and Responsibilities

As an RN on our Float Pool team at St. Vincent, you will bring your clinical expertise to provide exceptional patient care across multiple units.

You'll build trust in these interactions by presenting a positive attitude and by being reliable. Your success in this role comes from your knowledge to provide care to various disease processes in a variety of situations ranging from minor to critical while being able to consistently remain calm and positive.
