Mount Sinai Medical Center of Florida, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our float pool for night shifts at the Miami Beach campus.

The RN will assess patients, initiate interdisciplinary plans, administer medications, and provide ongoing education and care coordination. The role emphasizes adherence to safety protocols, documentation accuracy, and collaboration with physicians and the care team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current License in the State of Florida; BLS and ACLS required.
• Minimum of 8 months RN experience.
• Night shift 7p–7a; Full-time position.

Responsabilités

• Assess patients: vital signs, admission history, and interdisciplinary plan within eight hours.
• Develop and implement an interdisciplinary care plan; set priorities each shift.
• Administer medications within 30 minutes of scheduled time; monitor effects and report adverse reactions.
• Perform IV therapy, dressing changes, and sterile procedures per policy.
• Provide patient and family education; ensure safety and infection control standards are met.
• Document patient responses, progress toward goals, and discharge planning needs.
• Demonstrate leadership as Charge Nurse when assigned; participate in unit PI activities.
