Henry Ford Health in Southfield seeks a Float Registered Nurse to join the Float Staffing Pool. You will provide direct nursing care across departments, adapting to patient and unit needs while supporting multidisciplinary teams.

This role emphasizes flexibility and continuity of care across the network, with a schedule of three 12-hour midnight shifts (7pm–7:30am), every third weekend, and occasional holidays; Providence Southfield Hospital location.

Qualifications

• BLS Provider certification required within 30 days of hire.
• RN credential from Michigan Board of Nursing prior to hire.
• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing or required professional licensure at time of hire.
• ACLS certification required for critical care applicants.

Responsabilités

• Implement and monitor patient care plans per established policies.
• Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions for timely interventions.
• Coordinate patient care with members of the healthcare team for well-coordinated treatment.

SCHEDULE: ( 3) - 12 Hour Midnight Shifts, 7pm - 730am, every third weekend, with some flexibility, and one summer and one winter holiday

What You Will Need

Required Qualifications

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Michigan Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR required professional licensure at time of hire.
• ACLS Acute Care Life Support for Critical Care applicants

Preferred Experience

• RN 2 year hospital with telemetry experience
• Critical care applicants require 2 year ICU experience and ACLS
