Qualifications

• BLS Provider certification required within 30 days of hire.
• RN credential from Michigan Board of Nursing prior to hire.
• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing or required professional licensure at time of hire.
• ACLS certification required for critical care applicants.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor patient care plans per established policies.
• Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions for timely interventions.
• Coordinate patient care with members of the healthcare team for well-coordinated treatment.
• Carry out physician and nursing orders accurately and efficiently.
• Assess patient care needs and collaborate with the healthcare team to address them.

Required Qualifications

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Michigan Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR required professional licensure at time of hire.
• ACLS Acute Care Life Support for Critical Care applicants

Preferred Experience

• RN 2 year hospital with telemetry experience
• Critical care applicants require 2 year ICU experience and ACLS
