Qualifications

• Current active license in the State of Connecticut as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• BSN license preferred.
• Certifications such as CPR/AED preferred.
• 1 year nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Dispense medication and verify orders per protocol.
• Conduct patient assessments and routine vitals collection.
• Assist with intake/admissions and charting.
• Monitor patient status and report changes to supervisor.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
• Provide counseling and health guidance as appropriate.
