The Phoenix Residence in Saint Paul, MN is seeking a Float Regional Support Professional (Direct Care) with morning and evening availability. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling across up to 19 locations to best support clients.

Responsibilities include person-centered care, assisting with daily activities (meal prep, light exercise, transportation, social interaction, housekeeping) and caring for individuals with disabilities. A nursing background is beneficial.

Qualifications

• 4 years of Direct Care experience or 2 years of Direct Care experience and a bachelors or associates degree in a Human Services field.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and provide person-centered, quality living experiences for individuals with disabilities.
• Assist with daily functions: meal prep, light exercise, local transportation, social interactions and housekeeping.
• Support clients with healthcare tasks as needed and ensure a safe, compassionate environment.

Float Regional Support Professional (Mornings & Evenings)

Ability to travel between sites (willing to support up to 19 locations) and weekend availability necessary. Flexible position working at different sites with frequent changes to your schedule. Must be available to work mornings & evenings between 5am-10pm. Candidates must be flexible and willing to support the organization wherever they are needed.

Phoenix is also currently offering a sign on bonus that includes $650 after your first 6 months of employment and another $1450 after your first year of employment.

Looking for Nursing Experience? We can help with that, get experience in:

• various routes of medication administration, including various implanted device management.
• nursing assessments, monitoring, triaging health care, care planning for individuals.
• Hospice implementation of care plan for individuals who have less than 6 months to live.
• Wound management.
• Providing patient and caregiver education.

Schedule:

• No set schedule. Candidate must be willing to flex where needed. Schedule will be posted at the beginning of each pay period.

Shift availability:

• Mornings 5am-3pm
• Evenings 1pm-10pm
