Job summary

The Phoenix Residence, Inc. is seeking a Float Regional Support Professional (Direct Care) to work across multiple sites in Minnesota, including Saint Paul.

The role requires flexibility to cover mornings, evenings, and awake overnights, with travel to up to 19 locations and frequent schedule changes. This full-time, benefit-eligible position offers $25-$28 per hour, sign-on bonuses, and a commitment to wound management, patient education, and helping clients with daily living activities such as

Qualifications

• 4 years of Direct Care experience or 2 years of Direct Care experience and a bachelors or associates degree in a Human Services field.
• Willingness to travel between up to 19 locations and support weekend shifts.
• Ability to work mornings, evenings and awake overnights.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and provide person-centered living experiences.
• Assist with meal preparation, light exercise, transportation and housekeeping.
• Support clients with daily living activities and provide education to patients and caregivers.
