Job summary

Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) seeks a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for outpatient orthopedics in California. You will work with physical therapists to implement exercises, assist treatments, and support patient recovery in a collaborative clinic setting.

New graduates are encouraged to apply. Per diem, part-time or full-time schedules exist, with base pay listed as $30–$45 per hour and emphasis on mentorship and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• State licensure or eligibility to practice as a PTA.
• Strong interpersonal and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing treatment plans designed by the Physical Therapist.
• Communicate with PTs on patient progress.
• Instruct patients in therapeutic exercises and activities.
• Monitor and record patient progress and responses to treatments.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
