Job summary

Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) is seeking a per diem Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support outpatient orthopedic locations across Los Angeles and Ventura Counties. You will work with PTs to implement treatments, educate patients, and monitor progress.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current state licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with patients and clinicians.
• Ability to document and report progress clearly and accurately.
• Experience supporting PTs with therapeutic exercises and treatments.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing treatment plans designed by the Physical Therapist.
• Communicate with PTs regularly about patient progress and changes.
• Instruct patients in therapeutic exercises and activities.
• Monitor and document patient responses and progress.
• Support multiple clinic locations and manage caseload to ensure attendance.
