PRN Physical Therapy / Spine & Sport Physical Therapy is seeking a Float Physical Therapist (PT) for outpatient orthopedics in the San Diego market. This per diem/part-time role offers a collaborative environment with opportunities for mentorship and professional growth.

The PTA will conduct comprehensive assessments, create individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based therapy to restore mobility and function.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state.
• Doctorate or Master's in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• CPR certification and any state requirements.

Responsabilités

• Perform comprehensive PT assessments and establish treatment goals.
• Develop personalized therapy plans using evidence-based modalities.
• Administer therapeutic exercises and manual therapy to improve mobility and function.
• Document progress and adjust plans as needed to maximize outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on exercises, home programs, and injury prevention.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other clinicians for coordinated care.
