Job summary

TwelveStone Infusion Centers LLC is seeking a PRN Float Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive infusion care at centers across middle Tennessee, including Murfreesboro and Nashville areas. The role requires strong IV skills, board certification, and an active APRN/PA license with outpatient experience.

Responsibilities include patient assessment, treatment planning, education, and care coordination in a high-energy outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in nursing from an accredited nursing program.
• Active and unrestricted APRN license in the practicing state, with board certification.
• May substitute NCCPA certification with active state license.
• CPR certification (BLS minimum) required.

Responsibilities

• Provide IV infusion care to patients and families.
• Coordinate care with physicians and multidisciplinary team.
• Document care and participate in quality improvement activities.
• Educate patients and families, and advocate for them within the health system.
• Maintain accurate records and participate in program reviews.
