Job summary

Mercy Hospital Jefferson in Festus, MO is seeking a Float Pool RN for 36 hours per week, night shifts, with Premium Night Shift Sign On Bonuses: Graduate Nurse $10,000 and Experienced Nurse $13,000. You may float to ED, ICU, TCU, PCU, all Med-Surg units and Acute Rehab based on experience.

Designed to develop clinical assessment skills and teamwork, this role rewards compassionate, hard‑working, and flexible nurses.

Qualifications

• RN license in hiring state and/or compact licensure
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required or within 30 days of hire
• Graduated from an accredited school of nursing (Associates, Diploma, or BSN)

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care using Mercy Nursing Professional Practice Model and nursing process.
• Coordinate patient care with other departments while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality.
• Perform duties in alignment with Mercy Health System mission, values, and Service Standards.
