Job summary

TriStar Southern Hills Medical Center is seeking aFloat Pool Nurse to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a dynamic hospital setting. You will collaborate with providers and care teams, document thoroughly, and advocate for patients and families.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in the state of practice or a compact state is required.
• Associate’s Degree in Nursing is required.
• ACLS, BLS, NIH Stroke Scale, and PALS certifications must be obtained within defined windows.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition at admission and during each shift, reporting changes promptly.
• Administer medications, monitor response, and document care in the medical record.
• Respond to patient requests promptly and proactively anticipate needs.
• Educate patients and families about condition, plan, medications, and follow-up.
