HCA Florida South Shore Hospital in Sun City Center, FL is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Med/Surg Float Pool. You will provide clinical expertise across Med/Surg, Telemetry, and Progressive Care, delivering high-quality, efficient care.

Qualifications

• Licensed Florida RN in accordance with state regulations or active compact license.
• ASN or Diploma required; BSN preferred.
• ACLS, BLS, NIHSS certifications required (grace periods apply).
• Prior acute care/Med-Surg float pool experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate care for Med/Surg, Telemetry, and Progressive Care patients.
• Instruct patients and families regarding medications and treatment instructions.
• Maintain and review patient records including tests and results.
• Administer medications per physician orders.
